STORE PARKING? 

There is a free retail parking lot behind our store! 

To access the FREE parking lot: from Lancaster Avenue, turn on Cricket Avenue, make the first left (Cricket Terrace) and then make the first right (Trolley Way - unmarked). Our "RETAIL PARKING" lot will be on your right. If that lot is full, there is street and metered parking available. Metered parking accepts quarters or the ParkMobile App. On WEEKENDS there is free parking in the lot next to John Henry's Pub which is about a block away from DayDream!

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes! At DayDream all appointments are private appointments meaning you are the only bridal gown appointment in the store! For this reason we do not accept any walk ins. All appointments must be booked online through our website. When booking your appointment, if the date you are looking for is fully booked please join our waitlist. 

If you are a DayDream bride you will also need an appointment to pick up your gown. Instructions on how to schedule your pick-up appointment will be given to you after you purchase your gown. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE OF MY WEDDING SHOULD I BE SHOPPING FOR MY GOWN?

We recommend purchasing your gown 10-14 months before your wedding. Our gowns are all custom made and can take an average of 6 months to come in. In addition you will want to give yourself at least 3 months for alterations. Please book your appointment in accordance with your wedding date. If your wedding is less than 10 months away please make sure to email us first so we can talk about potential rush options and sample sale gowns.

GOWN PRICE RANGE?

Our gowns range from $1700-$6000. The majority of our gowns are in the $2500-$4500 range. If you would like to know a gown price before your appointment please send us an email. 

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

For gown payment we offer a payment plan of 70% down and the remaining 30% due when your gown arrives. If you would like to pay in full for your gown you are free to do so.

ALTERATIONS? WILL I NEED THEM? 

100% yes. Every gown will need some form of alteration to fit your body as perfectly as possible. Your stylist will discuss sizing with you after you decide on your gown and get your measurements taken. 

We do not provide in-house alterations, but we have a list of trusted seamstresses in the Philadelphia & surrounding area for brides who buy their gown with us. 

WHAT SIZE ARE THE SAMPLE GOWNS?

Our goal is always to help as many brides as possible of all shapes and sizes! As a small store we typically only carry one sample of every gown. In order to fit the majority of our brides most of our sample gowns are bridal sizes 10-14. We do have a smaller assortment of gowns size 16-24. When trying on a wedding dress it is very rare it will fit anyone perfectly. For this reason we use clips, pins and panels to make the gowns smaller or larger in order to fit as many brides as we can. 

When you decide on the gown you love it will be ordered in a size based on the measurements we take. The large majority of our gowns can be ordered in sizes anywhere from a 0-30.
